Signs of Burnout


Our bodies send us messages about what’s working and what’s not. It’s our job to listen.

Below are burnout warning signs. Do your body a favor— listen and respond accordingly.

  • Feeling tired and drained most of the time

  • Notice a change in appetite or sleep habits

  • Have frequent headaches or muscle pain

  • Are procrastinating and taking longer to get things done

  • You take out your frustrations on others and feel a lack of appreciation or accomplishment
