Our bodies send us messages about what’s working and what’s not. It’s our job to listen.
Below are burnout warning signs. Do your body a favor— listen and respond accordingly.
Feeling tired and drained most of the time
Notice a change in appetite or sleep habits
Have frequent headaches or muscle pain
Are procrastinating and taking longer to get things done
You take out your frustrations on others and feel a lack of appreciation or accomplishment
